- Reservations
1.1 Reservations can be made via our website, by telephone or by e-mail. The reservation is final once it is confirmed by us.
1.2 At the time of booking we require full payment of the total amount. This payment must be made at the time of booking.
1.3 Cancellations can only be made in agreement with the owners of the accomodation. In the event of cancellation, any costs will be charged.
- Bedrooms
2.1 Check-in can be done from 3:00 p.m. and check-out must be done before 11:00 a.m.
2.2 Smoking and eating are prohibited in the rooms.
2.3 Pets are not allowed in the rooms or in the building.
2.4 It is forbidden to invite other guests into the room without our permission.
2.5 In case of loss or damage of the key, we charge 50 €.
- Restaurant
3.1 The restaurant is open for breakfast from 8:00 a.m. and closes at 10:30 a.m., for lunch from 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. and for dinner from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
3.2 It is possible to inform us of special diets when booking.
3.3 The dishes on the menu can be changed at any time.
3.4 It is forbidden to bring food or drinks into the restaurant.
- Pool
4.1 The swimming pool is open from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm.
4.2 Guests must always supervise their children.
4.3 Wearing swimwear is mandatory.
4.4 The use of the swimming pool is entirely at your own risk.
4.5 It is mandatory to be careful when entering and leaving the pool.
4.6 In case of bad weather, the swimming pool may be temporarily closed.
- Liability
5.1 We are not liable for loss, theft or damage to property of our guests.
5.2 We are not liable for injury or damage caused by accidents in or around our gîte or restaurant.
- Applicable law
6.1 Moroccan law applies to these general terms and conditions.
6.2 Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district of Nador.
